Penelope Dress is an ankle-length romantic dress with a leopard twist. The dress has puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, an oval neckline, and a full skirt. it's cinched at the waist but has some room, you can use the back ties to fit it ideally. Also featuring large side pockets and a concealed zipper fastening at the back.
